We are pleased to submit to ICANN our proposal for the definition of the policies for the new Top Level Domain (TLD) ".air".

The objective of this document is to describe the dot-Air policies SITA wants to put in place in order to promote a clear and indisputable presence of the Air Transport Community in the cyberspace.

This document includes:

The general TLD policies
The registration policies during the start up period
The registration restrictions
The context of the TLD within the DNS
The value of the proposal as a "proof of concept".
